Chelsea FC launch of our new anti-racist education video/ DVD.


Launch of new video and DVD  with ChelseaThe launch of the new Show Racism the Red Card video/ DVD will took place on Monday 24th of October at Chelsea Football Club in the Hollins Suite of the West Stand. The event also saw us launch our new poster with the entire Chelsea squad showing racism the red card.

Carlton Cole (Chelsea), Shaka Hislop (West Ham), Bobby Barnes (Professional Footballers Association), Dave Bassett (Southampton), Gary Bennett (former Sunderland player) attended the event. TV’s "Bad Girls" actor: Tracy Wilkinson also attended.


Ged Grebby from Show Racism the Red Card said: "This event took place during the Football Against Racism in Europe action week, with anti-racist events taking place across 33 European Countries.


Launch of new video and DVD  with ChelseaShow Racism the Red Card have produced over half a million posters with 60 Football Clubs to coincide with the action week and we launched the Chelsea poster at this event.


This is the 10th year of our anti-racist charity and this latest video/ DVD has the backing of all the major footballing bodies in the UK. Our educational resources aim to harness the high profile of professional footballers to combat racism and it is great to have the backing of so many of the games top football clubs and players."
