Show Racism the Red Card has many different and varied work experience opportunities available at the offices in Scotland, Wales, North East and South East England.
Previous placements have ranged from a Year 10 pupil spending one week helping us with office administration to a German university student who moved here for three months to undertake in-depth project work for the organisation.
Here is an extract from a report written by a young person on work experience with us.
"For my work experience I worked at Show Racism the Red Card. A charity whose aim is to teach young people in schools about racism. My tasks included organising the office, collating data and interacting with the children in schools. I gained a lot of experience and improved my social skills by talking to new people that I'd never met. I've become more confident and more flexible with my character. Work experience has opened new doors for me."
Mustafa Iqbal, Year 10.
